• I used to follow Pim's blog but I felt her smugness and superiority (complex) emanating from her posts so I no longer read (or care) what she's currently raving or ranting about.

• I always got that impression of Pim from her blog. While she's got a lot of useful information (eg. her fabulous pad thai recipe), her haughty tone didn't sit well with me. She seems incredibly small-minded and has an elitist attitude. And her amazon book reviews haven't been favorable for the most part.

• I don't know any of the people involved. But if events and the behaviors of this Pim related in your blog are accurate, it sounds like what you'd expect of a personality-disordered person. Borderline personality disorder? Narcissistic Personality Disorder? A nasty comorbidity? I couldn't say. But it all sounds VERY cluster B. Yeeech.

• Who is this chick that we should care? I can see how people get rubbed the wrong way by Chang, but he's the real deal. I googled this chick and I still can't figure out what credentials she has. Chang is the real deal.

• i stopped reading her blog a couple years ago due to her very faux nice tones but thought hey, lots of people like her, good for her. And left it at that. Then I saw her on Iron Chef America, her voice.... I don't know how David deals with that sound, love is blind AND deaf apparently.

• If this is true, it is totally sad. David (I believe it was in his updates of his book tour in San Francisco) openly reveres Daniel Patterson. He even recently ate at Coi. For her to go behind David's back and do that is totally pathetic.
