Welcome to the 2019 Opinionated About Dining Fine Dining Survey.

OAD is the only restaurant ranking system that determines the experience level of the people contributing reviews to the site. Each reviewer is assigned a weight that reflects the number of restaurants he/she has visited and those restaurants’ rank on the OAD list. While this system affords anyone who would like to participate the opportunity to do so, the final rankings reflect the opinions of reviewers who have demonstrated a higher level of expertise than you will find in other survey based ranking systems.

Our 2019 results are based on over 175,000 reviews contributed by more than 5,700 people who registered for the survey.
