Ron Zimmerman and Carrie Van Dyck offer a different type of dining experience. After renovating an old farmhouse with tiles, floors, antique doors and stained glass that were sourced from every corner of the country, they opened this restaurant in the heart of wine country which specializes in hosting thematic dinners. Your evening starts with a tour of the facilities, before sitting down to a dinner party that is being held for fifty people, where amazing local ingredients like perch from Puget Sound, reef-netted sockeye salmon from Lummi Island, and beef and lamb raised in Oregon, are complemented by the amazing produce that is raised on the restaurant's farm. The wine list includes 4200 different selections, resulting in some “amazing wine pairings” being offered with your nine-course dinner.
