Culinary expressionism-the dish called Abstraction of the Sea will give you the sensation that you are walking along a beach-modernist paellas (he creates a new one every year), and contemporary takes on traditional Spanish dishes: All are on offer here. Not only is everything terrific, you can spend an entire weekend at Quique Dacosta's restaurant without ordering the same type of food twice.
