Nancy Silverton's restaurant is tops among the group of elite pizzerias in the country. While "the pizza dough is worth eating on its own," there are a number of exotic toppings on offer, like Ipswich clams, goat cheese, egg, Yukon Gold potato and Bermuda onions, along with classic pies like a Margherita. The menu also features a number of the same items served at Osteria (no mozzarella dishes, though), along with an abbreviated version of their wine list. "Dare I say our best meal in L.A.," "ingredients are impeccably fresh, and the crust is perfect" and "the pizza with fried squash blossoms and the butterscotch budino desert are cravings I deal with everyday" sum up reviewer comments.
