Commercially fabricated frankfurters are so pervasive that one would hardly recognize the grass-fed, artisanal version of the genre as a hot dog. This particular purveyor of such tasty franks generates comments that fall into two categories: Gourmets call it a "damn good hot dog" and "the single best hot dog I've ever had," while the nutritionally orientated call it "the best clean hot dog in the world" and "a healthy hot dog stand." Lest this all sound too high-falutin' for a frank, bear in mind eating here is an "alfresco dining experience," as the franks are served out of a truck parked at the Helms Bakery complex.
