"Fine dining between two buns" is how Richard Blais (who in 2011 was the winner of Top Chef: All-Stars) describes his restaurant, and with comments like "fun, imaginative, flavorful and creative," it appears that reviewers agree. Burgers on offer include the Southern (country fried beef, pimento cheese, pickles and green tomato ketchup), the Philly (caramelized onions, green peppers and American cheese foam) and, for the high rollers, there is often a daily special burger that is topped with foie gras torchon.) The non-beef burgers include turkey, spicy chicken and the aptly named chickpea-based faux-lafel. The best way to wash down your burger is with one of the "amazing milkshakes."
