Local hipsters and the occasional straggler from out of town are quick to crowd into this converted warehouse in Brooklyn's Bushwick section for "top-flight wood-burning-oven pizzas," many of which are offered with unusual toppings like ramps with sausage or double garlic, mushrooms, jalapenos and sopressata picante. But savvier diners note that while the pizzas are delicious, "The focus should be on Carlo Mirachi's creative cuisine." Mirachi's dishes - which include oysters with Meyer Lemon sorbet and his own take on fried chicken - are so tasty that it is common to hear reviewers say "He's a young chef to watch" and "His cooking is as exciting as anywhere in the city"
