You'll find the "best baguette in Portland" at this bakery, along with breakfast pastries that range from a typical pain au chocolat (albeit with pralines) to rarer varieties like the orangiata, a Grand Marnier-flavored citrus brioche. Lunch could be ham and cheese on a seeded hoagie or bread salad with mozzarella, tomato and basil. Even the space was complimented for its "large plate glass windows" that allow one to gaze out onto the local street scene while ruminating over a cup of espresso.
