You'll have a difficult time finding a quirkier breakfast spot than this Chicago mini-chain. There's an extensive juice bar, as well as "fruishi" (three different types of fruit draped over sushi rice), omelets and scrambles like green eggs and ham (made with basil pesto) and various types of exotic pancakes (i.e., cinnamon roll or jelly doughnut) and French toast (orange rosemary or chai). Reviewers found that "the super-creative food is worth the wait," and be prepared for an "insane wait time on weekends."
