If you are looking for "the sort of place where you can while away an afternoon," check out this café on the border of Atlanta and Decatur. The small menu is limited to a handful of starters, like cumin-spiked hummus, sandwiches like curried chicken and something called the Napoleon Complex - a hot pressed sandwich of prosciutto, Brie, fig jam and pickled red onion on a focaccia bun.
